Event Center Arena Rules
Guests will not be able to purchase alcohol during SJSU Athletic Events. Alcohol may be sold at age-appropriate events, at the management’s discretion. All guests purchasing alcohol must provide a valid form of I.D. And must comply with all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol.
With the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs, all animals or pets are prohibited.
Bags and Backpacks:
All bags and backpacks are subject to search prior to entrance into the facility. Guests are advised that large and oversized bags and backpacks will not be permitted.
For guests, the use of video and audio recording devices is strictly prohibited. The use of personal sized (no lenses larger than six inches) cameras is sometimes permitted, so long as it is restricted to the seating areas and not obtrusive to other guests.
Event Center personnel will direct guests of emergency and evacuation procedures if necessary, in the case of an emergency.
Food and Beverages:
No outside food and beverages will be permitted inside the Event Center.
Weapons of any kind (including chains, chain wallets, studded belts, etc.), coolers, water bottles, balloons, open umbrellas, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, or stickers of any kind will not be allowed in the Event Center Arena. Based upon promoter/artist regulations, other items may be prohibited.
